Support Staff Employment Opportunities

Our Employees are Part Of Our Team...
As a member of Pediatric Practices’ team, you will be expected to contribute your talents and energies to improve the environment and quality of the company, as well as the company’s delivery of quality health care.  In return, you will be given opportunities to grow and advance in your career.

Our objectives:

1. To provide our patients with the highest quality of care, at the best prices with the best service.

2. To provide you with reasonable wages and benefits as are economically feasible to Pediatric Practices.

Compensation and personal satisfaction gained from doing a job well are only some of the reasons most people work. Most likely, many other factors count among your reasons for working-- pleasant relationships and working conditions, career development and promotion opportunities, and health benefits are just a few.

At Pediatric Practices, we always put safety first.  We believe it is our duty to provide you with as safe a workplace as we possibly can.  For your protection, we comply with OSHA and CLIA standards.  We also have a substance abuse policy, because you have a right to know you can depend on your co-workers.  We also believe it is our duty to comply with HIPAA standards and insure that the confidentiality of our patients is not compromised.

Pediatric Practices is committed to doing its part to assure our employees a satisfying work experience.

How do I apply for a position at Pediatric Practices?

Pediatric Practices of NE PA offers a competitive salary and benefit package.  From time to time we have positions become available in all of our departments and locations.  Our support staff positions range from front desk staff and billing personnel to Medical Assistants and LPN’s.   We hire both full time and part time staff and in our Honesdale office we are staffed in the evenings and weekends as well.  Staff members in our satellite offices stay until closing which can vary depending on the season and the office’s schedule.   If you are interested in applying for a position at one of our offices, please send your letter of interest and resume and/or a completed Employment Application.
